Closures:
Spring Creek between Jupiter and Parker Rd. will close on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 2 pm and reopen Sunday, Sept. 25, by midnight. Throughout the event – the area around Oak Point park will have various road closures and increased traffic.

Thursday, Sept. 22. 5-10 pm
Friday, Sept. 23. 4-10 pm
Saturday, Sept. 24. 6 am – 10 pm
Sunday, Sept. 25. 6 am – 7 pm

Event Routes for Plano Balloon Festival Races:
Saturday 9/24: 1 Mile Fun Run- 9 am- Start WB Spring Creek Pkwy, NB Jupiter and midway runners turn around and run back to finish line.
Saturday 9/24: 5K Route- 7:30 am- Start WB Spring Creek Pkwy, NB Jupiter, EB Los Rios, into Nature Retreat Center, at circle turn around, WB Los Rios, SB Jupiter, EB Spring Creek Pkwy to finish line.
Sunday 9/25: 10K Route- 7 am- Start WB Spring Creek Pkwy, NB Jupiter, EB Los Rios, at Parker Rd transition onto Trail System, at Trail & Los Rios transition onto SB Jupiter Rd, EB Spring Creek Pkwy, to finish line.
Sunday 9/25: Half Marathon Route- 7 am-Start WB Spring Creek Pkwy, follows the same route as 10K, Mile 6 transition to trails at Bob Woodruff Park, pass under Spring Creek Pkwy and take trail onto Spring Creek Pkwy, WB Royal Oaks Dr, NB Peachtree, WB Oak Grove, transition from street to trails at intersection with Duchess Trail, Transition to Jupiter, NE on Maverick Dr, Transition to Santa Fe Trail, Transition to roadway at Jupiter, SB Jupiter, EB Spring Creek Pkwy to finish line.
